# Community Moderators

Ambassador Moderators (EN & RU) serve as the community’s primary connection to TONCO. You play a key role in assisting users, and acting as a vital bridge between users and the TONCO team.

### Primary Tasks:

* Moderate and foster discussions within the TONCO Telegram community
* Provide user assistance and collect feedback

### Requirements:

* Active engagement within the community
* Strong understanding of TONCO

### Rewards:
